Anthony Best is the founder and president of Great Lakes Landcare Inc. and has been a proven leader in the Green Industry since he began this journey in 2002.  Anthony established this business with the intentions of providing lawn and tree services to commercial and residential clients, offering customized programs, affordable prices and innovative ideas.

 

Great Lakes Landcare Inc. began as a marketing team in 2002, in a small office, and quickly grew to over 1000 customers the first year. The founding principals were simple; provide extraordinary customer service, using the best products the industry has to offer, with state of the art equipment, and continued education and training for the staff.

 

Recognizing ever changing times, the business has now diversified, offering mosquito control, pest control and an innovative tree injection service.  This allows Great Lakes Landcare to fulfill all of the needs of their customers with only one service provider.

 

Today the company has a full time executive team, a new era marketing staff, a commercial sales division, strategic multimedia manager, branch development team, finance department, human resources manager, administrative and training staff, lawn care division, tree/shrub care division, pest control division and a complete property maintenance division. Great Lakes Landcare is proud to have a fleet of 17 Chevrolets that allows us to deliver timely service to all our customers.

 

As a company we have exceeded all of our goals; controlled growth, expense control, acting quickly and diversifying through troubled economic times, supporting our local communities and providing local jobs, through hard working dedicated employees that lace up their boots each day enabling us to be successful. Today we are fiscally sound, looking to expand our services into new markets. We want to provide career opportunities to goal oriented individuals, which possess the necessary skills to uphold our company standard, without compromise.
